From our extensive choice of in-ceiling and in-wall solutions, there is a loudspeaker to suit any environment and application: it's the easiest way to remove unnecessary compromise from stereo to full 7.1-channel theatre systems. For instance our 200 and 300 series in-ceiling and in-wall LCR models utilise a unique Inverted Dual Concentric (IDC) pivoting mid-range/tweeter module providing up to 18 degrees of play. Speakers can be discreetly positioned, and the sound directed into the desired listening zone by pivoting the IDC driver module to maximize performance. These models are true 3-way designs and offer superior performance and flexibility over typical 2-way or fixed angle speakers.
For high-fidelity stereo music and high performance home theatre applications in any room, the Controlled Performance (CP) loudspeakers are fitted with a rigid enclosure to ensure a consistent, high quality sound wherever they are installed. There's even a specialised down-light speaker in the CP range for the most discreet sound of all. And when wide coverage is required, the 100 series in-wall and in-ceiling speakers perform particularly well as stereo pairs and in multi-room music applications, and for high performance stereo sound from a single speaker, the 100 series and CP ranges will oblige.

"Blu Ray- The Gold Standard!" James Cameron
I have been just trawling the various tech websites this morning for anything interesting and came accross this article by Techradar. An article in which they talk to James Cameron who firmly believes that streaming ISN'T the way forward bu that Blu Ray is the Gold standard of film watching and will be for at least a few years to come. IFA 2012: 75" Samsung anyone?
Following on from my last post we noticed this 75" monster from Samsung ES9000.

I'm interested to see what Samsung's new "Precision Black Technology" does for the black levels. We still hold Pioneers KRP 500A in such high esteem that we have yet to see a screen with as good as black levels (certainly from an LED/LCD standpoint). And that screen is now 4 years old approximately! We include our own demo flagship Samsung in that.
A Gold-Rose finish aswell? Difficult to say what we think without seeing it in the flesh but I dont think that would be to my tastes. However, 10/10 Samsung for effort. In recent years the TV market has been flooded with "me to" products all of which are similar in appearance. Give us something different! Something premium and give them to specialist retailers who understand what they do!

Monitor Audio CP Inceiling Update
Hi All,
Just a quick not to let you know that Monitor Audio have now discontinued their CP range. The Gold, Silver and bronze inceiling and inwall speakers have been discontinued as have the Radius stereo and mono speakers. Their new range of speakers is due soon, we will keep you up to date as soon as we know more. In the meantime please speak to Chris and his team at Pixll for any more information.
